It was not longer after that Lucian head the stampede that was Bok directly behind him. The knight quickly shifted himself, throwing his full body weight to the side to narrowly dodge the overhead slam that the Kroxigor had made against him.
He only had another moment on his feet as the maws of the Kroxigor moved over with a snap, an attempt to get Lucian in a death grip and throw him asunder just as the Knight had seen him do to so many others.
In a crouch that luckily kept him on his feet Lucian saw Bok giving another beastial roar. A second later the creature reached for a tree and tore it asunder with its bare hands causing the animals that were above his head to trip on the ground. The next moment the Kroxigor shattered the tree, killing the forest creatures.
Then those reptilian eyes pointed themselves directly at Lucian.
He was correct, it seems, that Bok was simply killing everything that was closest to him.
Lucian found himself dodging once again to the right as the mighty Lizard took the remains of the tree and slammed them where Lucian was standing. Dozens of splinters were sent flying across the flood and into Lucian, the pains stinging but not debilitating Lucian as he now had to block the upswing.
Air was blown out of him and the Scythe was bent at an odd angle for a moment. While he was sent sprawling on the ground the Knight quickly looked up to see that Bok had decided to kill another forest critter before ending Lucian. Its mind too enraged for it to do anything else.
>Perhaps where is an end to the rage
>Fight him, fight him until hes too exhausted to fight
>He needs to know its a friend he fights! Get him Lucian’s scent!
