Lostos was a system just like any other that TalOS had crossed by upon his journey through the cosmos. While each of the systems had their own little specialty there was a starkness in knowing that there will always be things like Asteroid Fields, Gas Giants, and roughly 5-12 planets in the system.
This system, declared the Lostos System, held within its ranks seven planets. Three of them were gas giants while the others were rock planets that allowed habitation.
Among them however was an oddity that TalOS knew would be here. A full bloodied stellar civilization. To make matters far worse they were Xenos as well.
+System scans complete Arch Dominus.+ Declared one of the Magos who were upon the bridge, +The enemy number fifty.+
TalOS noted that they were equal on ships and voiced a question, +Are they about the system or concentrated on a single planet.+
+They are converging upon detecting our arrival.+ Declared the Magos as he pressed a series of buttons to reveal more information.
+Then we strike at the heart now!+ TalOS declared, +This way we are able to take the least amount of ships and start using the planet’s moons as cover.+
Upon that declaration the Mechanicum fleet moved at once and started their charge towards said planet. The Xenos were obviously trying to get to the location but none will be able to make it there in time.
That was simply a luxury of smaller ships in that they took less power to move at high speeds. Even if the Mitu used Psychic Sorcery to move their ships they were still bound to the rules of reality to many extents. TalOS of course feared the day that any psyker, human or xenos, gained the ability to manipulate the world like the evil gods of the Warp.
