We're talking factories to churn out anything from new cyborg soldiers, mechas, weapons, ammo and even a few airship production strips. So about one hundred square miles of fortress and industry in each direction. An additional thirty square miles of encampments along the isle it's all situation on in a ring around it. The mountains and rock lots of it looks to be built upon is all hollow. The bases go within and without... You're toast."
