I'm going to follow the suggestion earlier and write out an intent plan.
LEGION GOALS:

Those from feral worlds or with low knowledge will be brought up to speed with hypnomat education and cybernetics. This science can be anything, from war, to diplomacy, to even things like musical or cultural theory. >War: Open to diverse methods. Emphasizes retaining the Astartes melee proficiency and Acillian ranged proficiency, blending the two if possible or synchronizing them if not>Creation: FIX the problem with Acillians being weaker than astartes by improving metal bionics for all our sons, so there is no disparity. Some of our sons are good at melee, and they can continue ot be good at melee. Others prefer ranged and they should hone that in. The honors and fame won by our Terran sons shouldn't be discarded in favor of Acillians, rather added to the 2nd legions repertoire.
