>>5847669I mean, I assume we shut the door back after we are done in there. It probably takes us like 10 seconds to turn the sconce, push in a couple of bricks, and do the dumb little tap dance to unlock the door. Even if someone wanted to find it, the Keeper's auditorium is pretty big and if you don't know it is behind a portrait would probably take a while to find. The junk in there also seems to have some Ancient magic protection. I think the best way to protect it is not go there if we can help it.
Recall the entrance to the Auditorium itself has been in the Hogwarts Library for like 500 years with out a single person finding it. It doesn't even show up in the enchantments which let teachers track down students. Doesn't appear on the Marauder's Map either apparently.
I think the move here is play it cool. Potter knows we know something because he is kinda clever, was a wizard cop for a good while, has access to the Hogwarts enchantments, and had to go on adventures to save the world on a yearly basis. The Malfoy's have none of that and are only here for a couple of weeks.
That also gives us time table for when Cocksucker will make a move, because he probably won't get another chance to physically be at Hogwarts for a while after this investigation is done. So we know he has to try something in that time with his limited control of Scorpious.
I am afraid for Arty, since Cocksucker know we like her and she is an easy target if she is away from Apollo. Best case if he gets desperate is a hostage situation, worse case is she gets Imperius'd.
We knew the younger Malfoy. Good at charms, maybe better than us at potions. Not a monster like Lily. Not sure how much Cocksucker wants a straight fight with us in a body he has less control of than before and which has worse stats, considering we bsrrt neat him last time.
