I made my decision based on your feedback and, as some people pointed out, taking into account the quest I plan to use it for.
My quest will feature
>Male MC>Tons of landscapes and locationsModel "#1" and "#2" share a base, so there's a lot similarities.
Both models are simply not meant for adult males, but for cute, small anime girls/boys with detailed backgrounds.
Model "#1" penchant towards young anime girls shines through in all art, but "#2" you can still fix with heavy adjustments to the prompt.
As shown here
>>5775502 , model #1 and #2 can be forced to generate proper adult women, but it'll fight you every step of the way.
If you'd make a "Made in Abyss" quest, either of these two models would be a good fit.
Model "#3" creates pleasing characters, but the backgrounds are very simplistic compared to the other models.
As this quest will feature tons of "landscape / background" art, I'm hesitant to put it to use.
The men generated by this model come out very stylized, almost like they're caricatures.(Think Street Fighter)
This isn't neccesarily a bad thing, but considering the desired "theme" of the quest, it might be a problem.
Also, this model fucks up far more than any other. It requires extra work each time.
Weird perspectives, fucked up hands. A lot.
As far as model "#6" goes, it's nice, but... a bit plain?
It doesn't do anything wrong, but the style is just a bit generic.
It also refuses anyting non-human. It just keeps churning out anime girls when confused.
In the end I think I'll go with model "#3 - toonYouJP" with "#2" being my fallback.
