>>5573180>“Stand back!” You shout at Elizabeth. You try and will yourself forward to push the girl out of the way, but the poison racking your body hinders your abilities. You find yourself only a split second too late to save the cleric from the speeding projectiles.Elizabeth’s eyes widen as she sees the twin daggers flying at her. Both blades embed themselves into her chest and send the frail woman flying back to land on the floor with a thud. Your heart jumps out of your chest as you see her go down, but before you can check on her, the assassin makes you her primary target.
“Don’t think I’ve forgotten about you, maggot! I’ll make you pay!”

Aspasia stabs forward with the dagger in her right arm and finds a gap in your sluggish defenses. The blade leaves a painful gash in your left shoulder. Before you even have time to scream, the nimble fighter pulls her left arm forward and up and stabs into your stomach. She pulls the blade out with a wet rip, leaving you profusely bleeding.
>Aspasia: STR: 27 + Weapon (6 STR) = 31 – 18 (DEF) = 12 DMG x2>Blair (24/55 HP)You try to regain your footing and attack Aspasia with your Killer Lance. You succeed in batting away the girl with a wild swing, though due to the poison still coursing through your veins, the attack lacks the usual finesse. The glaive cuts across her midsection but lacks the power of a true killing blow. Still, the damage is noticeable, and compounds with the dagger you’d hit her with back in the Great Hall.
