Mesprit turns very briefly to face the group, bearing a look of mirth. "Expecting a climactic finale?" She covers her face to giggle. "Oh, humans, always so dramatic."
"Dialga will not be present." Uxie rises from the rear of the group, meticulously flicking off droplets of water with psychic control. "We will not see him here unless it is in dire straits."
Azelf smirks. "But don't let your spirits be dashed. I find it admirable."
"Prithee, Azelf, do not deceive. We all know you always would prefer the unerring determination. It's your station, after all."
"Let me have some fun!"
There's a sigh as Uxie pushes past through them, slowly making her way to the altar at the far end of the pinnacle. "In any case, I believe you all misunderstand. Temporal Tower is not Dialga's place of residence. It is... to put it simply... the nervous center of the world. A focal point for where all time must flow through..."
The other two stop their tomfoolery, announced by Azelf clearing her throat. "When it was threatened, time was threatened."
"The ill Dialga simply chose to maintain its demise," Mesprit chimes in.
Uxie nods in confirmation. "He, like Lord Palkia, instead chooses to spend their days in a place inaccessible to most. To reach it, we must manipulate Temporal Tower to access a point in reality hidden from the others. Removed from space-time as we know it."
"It will be difficult. We search for an instance in a possible sea of infinity... but... we must try," Azelf speaks, voice solemn. This elicits a giggle from Mesprit, who receives a push as her reward.
There's a 'tut tut' from Mesprit, accompanied by a wagging finger of disapproval. Returning to seriousness, she raises her head high, putting on her best voice. A powerful tone. "A fortress on the edge of tomorrow but always before today."
