The basic idea of the Universal Grammar is that it claims there is some innate biologically rooted apparatus of shared categories and mechanisms that enables humans to learn language, as an autapomorphic trait.

How about a superhero or dystopian sci-fi rpg setting, some secret government programme to create psychic ultraintelligent orphan assassins by making them overacquire languages?
