The Viconia romance involves a lot of hot-cold back-and-forth, knowing when to endure her worst behaviors and when to push back against her verbal abuse long enough to get laid. This is horrifyingly realistic for a fantasy video game, and her backstory is also the most interesting of the three original females, being both compelling and morally ambiguous while the other two are fairly straightforward protagonists. I believe that Jaheira's does a better job of portraying a mature and steady romance, and, together with her quests, is much better integrated into the game's narrative since it is entangled with the inciting incident and the protagonist's complicated lineage.
