>>5636947It's a long work day, and you spend most of it either in the kitchen, or out in the dining room doing research on berries and ingredients. Since you're pretty busy, Liam ends up being the one serving most of the customers. Including the sailor lady and the rowdy teens. He seems a little bothered at the end of the day, though, and once you guys close up, he heads off before you can check in on him or offer him a ride back like last Friday. He's gotten into the habit of sending out his Varoom while walking back, so he's not alone, at least.
"Kid sure was in a hurry. Been a little downcast today, huh?"
"Yeah. He's been getting better, though."
You bid James farewell, and he drives off as well. You have a slight craving for dessert, and look through the sad collection in the restaurant's fridge. It's all just pre-bought ice cream. Shouldn't be too big of an issue to go visit the bakery you've started ordering bread from, to get their cakes sold at your restaurant or something.
You head upstairs to clean up your room, while Joltik and Scyther play in front of the television. They're getting along as well as you'd hoped.
>Go out to town for some grocery shopping and laundry. Errands are piling up a little, but it's not urgent just yet. >Head to the park to train Joltik and Scyther. They're in good moods, and might be receptive to practicing their Moves and such. >Plan out Sunday's hunt. It's coming up soon, having a good idea of habitat spots and what you want to hunt will make it go smoother. >Write-in (All-encompassing. Doing research, talking to someone, etc.)
