>>6340347As he shouts this at you, your body flying helplessly backwards, you watch as suddenly Plastic Man's arm shoots up like a lasso. Looping around Doom and pulling him down into his other fist, shaped like a strange L-shaped club. Swatting Doom with the broad side, shouting out as he launches him.
“FOOOOORE!” Plastic Man shouts as your feet hit one of the piles of rubble. Immediately launching yourself at Doom, who's reoriented himself on Plastic Man, ready to retaliate. Only to take a massive left to the jaw right as he opens his mouth, your blow again sending him flying. Smashing back-first into the central pillar, knocking it back upright as he crashes into it. “Nice shot!”
And before you can turn to look at Plastic Man, suddenly you feel something semi-solid under your feet.
“Give you a boost!” he shouts, then his body starts to recoil, drawing you back like a bowstring. “Three, two, one, FIRE!”
You kick off as he launches you, his added boost not noticeably increasing your speed. However, giving you a platform to leap off midair, lets you close back in on Doom before he recovers. Flipping and firing a flying kick at his head, which he dodges by leaning his head to his left side. Your right heel smashing into the pillar, only to swing your left back into his side and sending him flying in another direction. However, the force of the kick disconnected your body from the central pillar, leaving you floating down helplessly, unable to pursue further. That is, until you feel yourself landing on something solid less than a second later. And, looking down, you see... Nothing. You're standing on air?
“Go!” a voice you don't immediately recognize shouts, the voice distorted, strange. Different. But you don't hesitate, immediately kicking off the invisible platform and launching yourself back at Doom. Who has only just recovered, raising his arms in an “X” guard, blocking your lead right this time. But, blocking the high just leaves his body open, and you follow your right with a left body hook, right to the crunched midsection of Doom's armor. Causing him to grunt and wince, eye nearly shutting as his body recoils. Your body immediately following the left body shot with a right shovel hook, blasting open his guard. Leaving him wide open as you spin from the momentum, twisting into a left back kick to his damaged midsection, launching Doom backwards once more.
