The Stranger, now conscious and healed from the majority of the bruising you and Barbar gave her, walks up to your group again once you're done taking precautions. "I'll be honest, I really didn't expect any of that. Thanks for getting me my body back, though...it's not fun to be a passenger in your own body, you know? I was fully aware, but unable to move a muscle of my own accord. And hey, given how the storm's still gone, I think you took care of the bad luck issue too! You can have the rest of the treasure that was in there if you want it, I've learned my lesson when it comes to getting greedy." She says, rubbing her jaw from the residual pain in it.
"You have our apologies for having to beat you so thoroughly." Barbar says, bowing his upper body to her, with you following up half a second later. "It was proving impossible to incapacitate it through normal means." He continues, before he moves over to hop up and sit on the bed of the truck.
"Well, I'm all better now thanks to your fairy friend, so don't worry about it! Anyways, let's get back to the plan. You guys were heading towards Central City next, right?" She asks, while everyone gets back into their respective seats on the truck. Barbar seems to continue his conversation with her in the back, while you sit up front with Harum and Azalea once more.
Over the next few hours, you find yourself replaying the battle in your head over and over, thinking about every mistake you made and how you could improve. You'll have to ask Barbar about that strange technique he used when his sword crackled with electricity, since it's definitely not something he taught you - it reminded you of Jack's Flash Lightning, in a way. Eventually, you see the city over the horizon, and between you and it is a huge river with the width of several city blocks that would seem impassable if not for the equally impressive bridge spanning it.
>Toss the sealed box over the side of the bridge, to let it be swept out to sea and forgotten about under the mud and silt.
>Keep it with you for now, so that you can keep a close eye on it, maybe find a way to destroy the entity within it later.

>When you get to the city, see if the Stranger would be willing to stay on the journey with your group. (DC 8 Brains check.)
>Part ways with the stranger, content with having helped give her freedom of both her body and freedom from the curse.
