It is a sort of bright clean synthetic saturated colour cyberpunk (not the raining / mist neon light bloom lens flare look, which is more Blade Runner / film noir inspired, though it can incorporate it) It also often emphasises corporate themes, corporate logos advertising etc. The look might be inspired by sponsorship or Formula 1 / motor racing, performance athletics, sports etc. The games I can think of that manifest this look include Wipeout the futuristic racer game, Mirror's Edge and also it seems this new Bungie Marathon reboot trailer.
