As your eyes attempt to trace the bewildering path of all of these mechanical movements, you can see that there are several tottering racks of miniature towers - they have the appearance of ferrite cores or solenoids, stacks of cogwheels rising like small steeples and pagodas, mounted upon the mechanical dais in abstruse and undecipherable configurations.
The armatures of these mechanisms rise and fall, in a threshing motion, occasionally casting little showers of sparks and embers like scattered husks, machine scythes cutting and gathering at harvest.
