That morning, you’re awoken even earlier than usual by your alarm clock. Otto, a cat that dislikes even the usual routine is not happy, and promptly dashes out of the room to find somewhere quiet to rest.
You wack the alarm as has become routine and after feeding yourself and Otto, make your way down to the warehouse where preparations are slowly beginning already.
You quickly spot Miho. She’s armed with a clipboard and slowly working her way through the things necessary to get fifteen tanks transported on time to the match field.
>Take a helicopter ahead of the rest of the team to see the field early.“Miho,” you greet her as you walk over. “I was thinking of taking a helicopter to have a look at the field properly before we fight on it.”
“That sounds like a good idea,” Miho hums as she scratches something on the clipboard. “Take Azusa with you. Erwin can fly the helicopters, right?”
“She can,” you confirm.
“Take her as well, the more people having a look the better,” Miho says. “One of the aviation club members can come with you to fly it back.”
“Sounds like a plan,” you nod. Miho gets back to her work, and you turn about face and head for the aviation club. They don’t have any pilots or helicopters technically spare, but since the Sensha-Do club technically owns their helicopters you’re able to persuade them to rearrange some things and make them available.
Erwin arrives first, and you swoop in to steal her away from her crew and point her at the helicopter being wheeled out of the hangar. A moment later, Azusa also appears, and she is similarly kidnapped. You’re already in the air before you finally get a chance to explain to the both of them why they were kidnapped.
While it is going to be a rather long trip for your compatriots on the ground, by helicopter you’re over the field quickly.
