<inquiry>Would you be helping us fight whatever comes out?
Dolly shrugs.
>"I'm here for the show now, if'n I weren't submerged so long, maybe. But even then, once I start breakin' body parts, I can't right promise control."
<inquiry>Then perhaps we could make a Contract?
>"Sorry pals, but Theo an' I are retired Demons, Hell will find out right quick if we did, and the mess that comes with it. I s'pose I'd focus more on the now and break that bottle."
She completely walls off the idea.
Well, managing multiple Demonic Contracts can't be that great of a plan. Especially if they suck up smidgens of precious Remnant regularly.
Most of the Hive tries to focus up as you all raise your arm, so far you've got a decent history with combat... Let's hope the streak continues.
The bottle is smashed into the dock, shattering glass into the pink waters. The embryo gives a shocked squawking noise and slowly compresses in on itself, blood pooling under its side.
...
>"Is it working?"
JJ peers carefully into the lake, only for Dolly to grip her shoulder and yank her back hard, accidentally sending her a good five feet backwards onto her rear.
>"Not so close, Sweetheart. Don't right know what'll come up. Oh.
>"That's what'll come up."
On perfect cue, the lake-water starts to bubble.
Just a few at first... You ready yourselves for what's to come. Shame the Boomstick is back at the Office...
>"Should we..."
You raise a finger for quiet.
<statement>Wait for it...
More bubbles, and the sound of air crackling above the source...

The Hive is largely adjusted to how Monsters' love to blindside you and you step back as a series of hooked spears whoosh past your chest, missing you by barely a foot!
The coil holding the various blades holds rigid before easing back into the water.
Two large eyes on stalks probe the surface, and before long, the rest of the Beast emerges. Various red lights roll down what appears to be a metallic pink shell. Under the shell and water are various metal joints and tentacles, many holding coiled, snake-like 'arms' of blades.
There are two stalked oculars. The monster stands around twelve feet tall by the top of the shell, with at least four ‘arms’ flicking above the water.
One eye focuses on you, while the other circles the Lake erratically.
>"Oho, that's a Demon Crab, those're pretty rare. Lucky."
