You look around the crowded bar and see a few suspicious looking guys dressed in hoodies and leather jackets, you (rightfully) assumed that they were Bandits and decided to have a chat with them. You came up to them real friendly like and introduced yourself
"Hey bro, my name is Ratfuck, you wanna have a drink?"
"Sure then bro, my name is Blackjack."
You have a few drinks with Blackjack and his thug buddies and eventually the mention of a job came up
"Listen, we're going on a little "trip" to the Army Warehouses to steal a little something something from Freedom, we got an anonymous tip from some Duty guys and they said they'll give us a nice cut if we can get it, we could use another guy on this job, you in?"
