No. Not yet.
Eventually, yes. When she returned to your estate and settled in your manor. But for now you'd wait and take it slow.
You kept up the velvety mood, fluffing it further with copious amounts of ear rubs under the soft candlelight.
She visibly relaxes, though her expression is quick to tell you she craved more romantic intimacy. That reaction gives you a wonderful idea.
Less than a few minutes later you're alternating between massaging her shoulders and rubbing her ears. Aila's expression devolved into an almost drunken grin as you went on.
"Master~! Ah!" A smiling Aila exclaimed.
"Too much?" You asked.
She blinked a few times, blushed, and tried to find her words without stuttering.
This elf of yours managed to somehow be shy and confident at the same time— the latter part of her personality made her distinct from Mel's nervous timidity.
Still your Saintess was demure in many respects.
"Oh, it was wonderful~" Aila shook her head and shot you a dreamlike gaze. "You are wonderful, Master~"
Despite how freely you indulged her senses you still kept things innocent.
Thankfully it seemed like nothing was going to interrupt your efforts this time. That realization made you bold enough to top it all off with a kiss.
It was chaste act; satisfying your mutual love for one another while respecting the boundary between the romantic and the carnal.
"That... that was my first kiss." Her words weren't surprising.
"And it shall be the start of many more you will get from me." You replied, amused.
Your elf's ears wiggle at the news and a small smile donned her face, both betraying her excitement at the prospect.
Said excitement reminded you of something you intended to grant her— a ring.
It was a simple matter of just enchanting and engraving details on it before you gave it to her. You'd done it seven times already, doing it one more time was nothing. But there were pragmatic concerns; doubtlessly there'd be questions if anyone saw her with a wedding ring. Of course these could easily be hidden with a glove or her costume pin, but these weren't infallible.
Aila hasn't mentioned the subject of rings yet. However you did notice her stealing glances at the bands of metal your wives wore on their fingers— silent declarations of their status as your main slave-wives. There were passing feelings of envy in your elf's eyes when she saw them, that you were sure of.
>You'll give the ring to her before she leaves.
>You'll keep quiet about it, just as she has. You'll only give it to her once she returns.

A cuddle-hungry elf broke your focus, delighting every time your digits kneaded her body. Slowly, you were both winding down and feeling the tyranny of sleep take hold.
Before things could end you grant her another kiss. This one was slightly bolder than before, though not as passionate as what you'd have with any of your wives on the regular— regardless, it still left your elf short of breath.
