To be honest, some of the reason you wanted to come up to this level was just pure curiosity. You've lived basically your whole life on Level 5, and just seeing what it was like up here was interesting. But you always assumed it'd be like... a capitalist paradise. You assumed everyone here was just rich and happy, and you were left below in poverty land. But now you're not so sure. Sure, people don't walk the streets in pairs and people can leave out their property without it being stolen by some faceless goon but, the way people talk in guarded tones about certain figures, the way people bow their heads to well-dressed men walking the streets... No, there is injustice here too. It's just different. More organized.
Maybe that's something the <span class="mu-s">Mask</span> could do something about.
You still aren't sure exactly what your plans are long term. But you'd like to know a bit more about the Mafia, the crime families, and exactly what you can do. You already saved one store owner, even though it nearly killed you, and that gave you some of the confidence you needed to know that Level 4 may be the next battleground for the Mask. But this is nothing like the punks you lived with for years; you'll need to do some reconnaissance. What's the plan?
