You saw Reisen smash into Rumia with such great force through her Danmaku that the Youkai was launched spiraling backwards to smash into and break through a short stone fence.

The Youkai, although taking such a big hit, was still walking. She picks herself up, struggling to stand after such a beating. The damage she endured was evident, despite how nonlethal it all was.
Reisen was still on guard however, holding her gun at the ready at the Youkai. Her weakening loosened your own entrapment, allowing you to finally pull yourself free of the Darkness blotches littering the ground, which were fading away slowly.
<span class="mu-s">"I'm not sure you're being truthful with me!"</span> She whimpered.
Reisen merely raised an eyebrow.
<span class="mu-s">"You keep spouting some junk about proving yourself this, solving an Incident that... but it's all done to protect this food. I think you're lying to me! That's what he'd want out of settling this."</span>
What was she getting at? Was she referring to the terms of the dispute, and their outcome as ruled by the... the rules that govern these quarrels?
<span class="mu-i">"...Hmph. I guess you're right. Protecting him is a goal, but there's something else I want even more out of winning this. What I get if I win this dispute, which it seems I am."</span>

I'm going to vaporize you until nothing remains when I win!"</span> Reisen exclaimed with a slight twitch to her left eye. She sounded bloodthirsty now!
Rumia blinked for a few seconds, as if needing a minute to process the full extent of what she just heard. Then, going wide-eyed, Rumia whimpers and stumbles back, putting her hands up.
<span class="mu-s">"H-How about not? I... I-I surrender! Okay, I admit it, you win! L-Let me go, I'll leave you alone! I swear!"</span>
