>Assist Kaus Gammamon in fighting the mysterious blur, who you assume is the leader. If you can catch him by surprise, maybe you can score a good hit and turn the tides. Kaus Gammamon is the stronger and more experienced of the two Champions, he's a greater asset if you can preserve him. Wind is most likely behind the alcove too, if he's fighting that hard.
“Go help Wind.” You say to Porcupamon. He nods, getting ready to charge back into the chamber.
Squid gets a bunch of tools and .apps ready. She draws strings between them, threading lines of light with her fingers and setting up whole cascades of actions. She’s so focused on it that she doesn’t even declare when she’s about to deploy it. She just flicks the whole mass forward.
A glitching wall occupies the entirety of the doorway, prompting the Commandramon to fire upon it. You can’t see what’s happening on the other side of it, but the bullets don’t pierce through. Instead, you hear the sound of ricocheting and pinging.
“Go already!” She yells.
All of you slide in after the wall, grateful for the shield. Once you get a better position, you see the dozens of artifacts breaking off from the surface. They’re nothing more than chunks of visual and auditory noise, but the Commandramon can’t take any chances. They try to shoot them down, and their bullets end up gummed up and added to the mix. The kinetic force causes the objects to bounce around the room, adding to the chaos.

A chunk of plastic bursts from ToyAgumon’s mouth. It strikes a Commandramon with an unexpected amount of force, bowling it over and causing it to writhe in pain. The other Rookies slide in after them, weaving between bodies so that the gun-toting reptiles are blocked by their own allies.
You try to focus solely on reaching your target, running in step behind Porcupamon and ducking beneath gunfire. Leomon spots you, but doesn’t react as you sprint by. You try not to look at him. You can’t stare into his eyes, still burning with courage, while you’re abandoning him to die. You wonder where Liza is, now that she’s caused this mess.
The Hi-Commandramon don't just let you waltz in. As you sprint through the chamber and approach the active battle, they lift their grenade launchers and aim at you, one clearly more hesitant than the other. Not Porcupamon. You.
