>Monifa: feel free to Experiment with Oasis for the Heart whenever you're ready.
First thing's first is to deal with what a certain sandstorm left behind. Monifa holds onto the cloak tightly, safely hidden away from (most) prying eyes in the Secure Storage room.
You swear for a moment, you heard her whimper. She composes herself quickly and slips the coat on. She takes her time to avoid cutting herself on the razor sharp feathers.
And not a moment later, she lifts up into the air, hovering a solid foot above the ground. You don't blame her for instantly slamming into a wall out of panic.
[HOPELESS WRECK] SNRK.
She quickly recovers from her little panic fit and, with some hesitation, pushes herself away from the wall. With every movement, you can see her arms raising up and down. Almost reminds you of flapping wings.
Given that she's in an enclosed storage room, she only has so much space to fly in. Yet she practices as much as she can, fluttering around at a steady and slow pace.
You can't quite make out what her facial expression is. It's not exactly glee but it's somewhere in that ballpark. Well, anything is better than her lingering with her thoughts, you suppose.
Fly, fly, fly away. Leave behind everything binding you down.
"If only I could." A bitter chuckle almost gets lost in the fluttering. "That's not how the world is. But I can try."
Let nothing restrict you. Be the master of the winds of destiny.
She slowly drifts backwards, looking around for the source of something. She shakes her head. "Ah. Now that, I can d- WOAH-"
She accidently drifts into a shelf, causing a variety of unused (for now) weapons to fall off it and onto her. At least, that would be the case if a gust of wind didn't blow them away from her.
Monifa holds still, stopping her fluttering. She looks towards the camera with a nervous smile. "S-sorry. Hard to fly when, uh, you're not used to it."
[DYING LIGHT] A few weapons scattered about doesn't matter. As long as she enjoys herself, no?
[BOUND BY DUTY] Knowledge on the new PARADGIM is the more important thing here.
She slowly flutters to the ground after a bit of struggle. She proceeds to take it off and place it next to the other PARADIGMs before moving to clean up the mess.
>ASPECT REVEALED
>FREEDOM (Grants the user the ability of flight. Small objects that fell near the user were deflected away, offers physical protection?)
WORKING NOTES - M
-I could hear her voice still. Like it was trying to...bond with me? I know AFYN has left a presence on others, innate trait of exposure?
-It protects, surrounds. It doesn't want anything stopping the wearer.
-Standing still felt bizarre, unnatural. Negative side effect? Needed to move. Might hurt positioning.
-Feathers might prove a useful offensive tool. Though I don't want to know what happens if I accidently bumped into someone.
-It was honestly kinda fun swimming (well, flying) in the air.
