As soon as the Joshu Daimyo came around the quarter, the hatchet swung into his neck, but failed to penetrate the nanolaminate material of the armor. Our lone Shofar was promptly killed by an injury of physical trauma, possibly a snapped neck from what the Nous Radar can tell afterwards.

The Joshu Daimyo has issued the lockdown after getting a handle on the situation. He cannot seem to come to terms with believing that a single 'rebel' caused all of this, and is confirmed in his suspicion upon learning of the broadcast hijacking. He calls for council with the military delegates of the Heavenly Capital to report the situation and call for an increase in actions allowed in rooting out terrorist cells in Shengesia.
