>And with ai tools now, well. Not like my writing style couldn't be easily plugged into one of those systemsTo anybody who actually reads your quest, it'd be pretty easy to spot something made with generative AI, even if it was trained off of your entire catalogue of writing.
Generative AI tools lack two things in particular. The first being an understanding of martial arts or action choreography. They will invariably either write the most milquetoast exchanges possible, or write something makes no sense in context. When you don't have taste, knowledge, or an innate understanding of how people move, it shows in when you write those things in a story. No amount of purple prose can cover that up.
The second thing they lack, and by far the most important, is emotional intelligence. They are incapable of crafting characters or narratives that resonate with audiences without direct and extensive manual input from human operators (and if it requires that much manpower, why even use AI at that point?). Just remember this;
They might be able to match your prose, but they don't know how to tell a fucking story, and they never will.
