The dynamism of Langston and Blackmoore doesn't need Skarloc to be around. Especially as he didnt appear in Lord of the Clans.
Skarloc is basically just an encounter for Thrall and PC to kill. So he takes the role of Sir Not-Appearing-in-this-Quest.
