Drained from the conflict Thadmancer ponders on how to regain his lost source of arcana. He comes upon an epiphany the very soul of a mortal should contain some divine energy. With the proper use of necromancy instead of binding a soul to this plane, he could drain it of its energy.
Seeing the abundance of blood around him Thadmancer would begin his newest experiment. He would take the endless supply of blood and congeal it into Frankenstein abominations. He could create a race of gorelings able to regenerate by absorbing the blood around the swamp.
He would then have his minions construct a stone fortress to repel any future attacks from the primitives.
