>>5867391One moment you're standing with your family on the beaches of your home, the next find yourself in the Crimson Demon Village, where the party is already in full swing. In the town square is a massive bonfire, day having already given way to night on this world. Several of the Crimson Demon Clan are dancing around the fire, someone playing a stringed musical instrument while three or four give voices to the song. And there, in the center of the large U-shaped crystal-made table is your first grandson. On the opposite side of the table sits your granddaughter who, since you teleported in behind your son and grandson, sees you all first.
“GRANDPA! GRANDMA!” she shouts, launching off the table and flying at you and your wife. Meloka catches her, laughing a bit as she says her hellos. Your grandson, seeing this turns, eyes lighting up as he sees you all as well. And without hesitation jumps as well, right for you.
“Grandpa!” he calls with far less volume than his sister, flying far more slowly and unsteadily over to you. You catch him and hold him close a moment, then holding him up over you. “You made it!”
“Of course kiddo, I wouldn't miss this for the world. Hope I'm not late.” you reply, lowering him back to your level as he smiles. “Just had to bring a few other guests along.”
“This is your grandson?” Beerus asks you, looking curiously to him. Your grandson, seeing Beerus immediately cowers against you, trembling in what you think is fear.
“What's wrong kiddo? He's not going to hurt you.” you whisper to him, your grandson surprising you by thinking back.
“He's scary.” Kazuburo replies, body trembling. He even curls his tail around your arm, holding you tight. “He-He's a monster.”
“Yes, but he's a polite monster, and not here to destroy anyone.” you reply to him, also telepathically. “As long as we're nice to him, he'll be nice back and not hurt anyone.”
“O-Okay. I understand.” he replies, taking a deep breath, then raising his head back up over your shoulder to look at Beerus standing behind you. “G-Greetings, Lord D-Destroyer.”
“Greetings, little one. I am Lord Beerus.” Beerus replies, not seeming amused by your grandson's reaction. Which is the opposite of Meloka Wolbach's, who, ignoring her brother's fear, flies out of her mother's arms over to the Destroyer. Leaping at and hugging him around the neck. Catching him by complete surprise, you seeing his eyes widen as he now has a tiny half-Saiyan hanging off of him.
“My Father told me that you're even stronger than Grandpa, so does that mean you're the strongest in the whole universe?” she asks innocently, looking up at him with her big eyes.
“I've not met anyone from this universe who could challenge me.” he replies, looking down at her. “And what is your name again?”
