Idk, the whole thing sounds like you want a massive slave population and are trying to look for excuses to have one (which I don't even really mind) instead of seeing an issue that would actually require that particular complication to solve.
As I said, I have no inherent dislike for the idea of slavery itself, even if you want to make this a bleached fetish quest and it seems fun why not? I just see no point and you're not doing a good job at convincing me. If enough other posters disagree or if we can figure out a system that would either be a meaningful contribution or fun/funny enough to ignore efficiency I wouldn't mind going with it though.
