>>6282944There's no shame in pausing to take a little break, anon! In my first quest I tried to update pretty much every day and it got to be pretty draining. The good thing about /qst/ is that it moves kinda slowly, so even if you're writing an update you can always just give a quick 'hey all, I'm actually wiped tonight, will finish tomorrow' or just add a little blurb when you DO finish the post. The important thing is to ensure your quest doesn't become a job--that's not to say it won't feel difficult at times, but you know you better than anyone else... if you need to take a break, take a break!
Just, y'know, don't turn a break into a flake. It's a slippery slope, for sure.
>>6282960There are a lot of possible reasons why an anon might not post more than a vote--I get what you mean, but if it's any consolation a lack of discussion doesn't always mean they aren't enjoying themselves! I've also found that giving players opportunities to expand on their reasoning, offering write-ins, and asking questions between posts and at the end of the thread tends to help a bit too, but like
>>6282970 you can't fully 'force' people to discuss stuff. Again, sometimes no news is good news, even when it doesn't feel like it.
>>6282636That's high-praise, man! Thanks! Truth be told I totally wrote Bones Quest after rewatching Ash Vs. Evil Dead. Love those movies to death.
That said, I'll double-down and say that Tremors would probably be a really cool quest, even if it was a short one!
