Very interesting. I mean Athens is the birthplace of democracy so that might have something to do with it considering how democracy seems to be the standard for "playing fair".
Could also be a code phrase as well.[/spoiler:lit]
>SignalWell, we first learned about the signal from the SS Amelia's location log. In the Location log it proposes that it is approximately 27u from Erna which is where we're currently stationed and 32u from Carlisle. Since we have the Coords for both location to find the point of origin it was just a matter of creating a circle using the distance away as a radius and to locate the points where they overlap. It leaves two likely areas, however one area is a big rock so it's likely the other area.

>RepairAngle and distance error, OP's way of keeping things interesting I suppose. Thankfully we have the course corrector so, so long as we have a command queue of 2 at all times the Course Corrector should mitigate the margin.
>in Regards to PicrelThe way I typically calculate angles and distance is by getting slope by measuring rise over run, so for instance in the first leg of the journey in order to get to that point it would be 3 rise, with a run of 11. Adding in the itty bitties, thats run of 11.4 and a rise of 3.1. Divide by inverse tangent to get the angle of the slope.
That gives us a slope of 15.2 but since that's on the X axis I have to invert it so substract it from 90, Now it's 74.8 from N. For the distance it's a2+b2=c2 and that gives us a hypotenuse of 11.81, but I've just been rounding cause I'm sloppy like that and also margin of error.
And we have a bearing and a distance without even measuring once.
I'm fulling expecting OP to come in and tell my why I'm wrong six weeks to saturn.
>>5246859OP does use a tripcode, when they remember.
