step 2: practice divinitation, Windshield, and Dimming light until we get mana exhaustion
step 3: practice breath sniping until we're breathless
step 4: spend remainder of day practicing with flight.
Failing that, can we use divinitation to find a small raiding party to kill? You did say combat is a fast way to leveling up skills. or something.
