Basically think of it like this, we could create an area of such extreme anti-warp present that it makes it difficult for any warp based foe, Xenos, Orks, Eldar, and maybe one day Chaos or even traitor legions, to operate in. Their mortal contingents suffering badly. Even the Tyranids shadow of the warp could one day be repelled, as it is also psychic based. And in the future, it would give the Imperium a force able to operate in the Pariah Nexus more effectively.
Our servitors are uncorrupted, and follow the will of machine impulse directing their brains rather than conscious thought. And our skitarii rely upon the same, who already have emotional dampeners and thus do not rely upon self motivation, but can instead rely upon the directions given to them by their cybernetic implants.
Maybe we can't do it right now, but its just a thought I wanted to propose. See if we could try to do it on a tiny scale with an individual human.
