>>5827800>Move the Mining Grid from Gemini to LynxThis occurs as you mentioned it last turn, we assume the hypercomputer on the ship programmed and locked the destination in.
With the radiation, I think I will give you a choice because the complete random roll was a bit harsh. So there are two scenarios:
EITHER
>(take a risk) roll 1d100 against Haemolymph (your current total is 86);
less than or equal to 86, that is the amount you need to just cure the mining crew;
greater than 86 the dose is too high even for magic space medicine, the Mining Rig drifts in space...
OR
>We can say that the asset is DEGRADED, maybe the crew avoided the dose because of magic space blood, but the radiation damaged the sensor array or some other ship component. You need to set down somewhere in Lynx and try and find repairs. To save rolling a new planet, I will just use the one you already generated with your amazing universe physics rulebreaking roll hehe. So a planet
>>5825701>mountainous xeric biome, trade or administrative bureaucratic type ecumenopolis, and approximately our age (atomic etc, internet, space shuttle / rocket) type civilisationYou can decide if they are
>a first contact type colony (ie humans from the lost Dark Age who have never seen starfaring before) they will think you are alien gods or something, or>just a space colony human trading outpost, they know about starfarers etc but do not really possess the tech to venture into interstellar space themselves. I will then make some rolls to determine friendliness / hostility and likelihood they possess resources for the repairs you need.
(pic related is bow shock from an actual pulsar, in the Orion Nebula!)
