“Murl, as you are scared to be around me, go get Seyra some proper clothes. The rest of us will go with Seyra to pay Hamlor a visit.” You bark down the comm channel, and Murl scurries off deferentially. “Ryn, Eyes, scrub the cameras. We don’t want the Jedi Knight to know we were the last to talk to Hamlor before his untimely end.”
The four of you leave the bar with a casual gait. Running away from dead bodies tends to get people suspicious. Reaching the intership elevator, you stand patiently waiting for the doors to open. Eyes that stick to Seyra, watching the sway of her hips and the jiggle of her breasts, don’t seem to be angering her as they did before. With the kill, or kills, she did in the toilet, and the mission picking up pace, her mind is only focused on the nearing task. As the doors silently slide open, a gaggle of loud security guards bursts out of the opening doors. Their weapons are cradled in their hand, ready to be fired. Imperceptibly, you readjust your grip on your flechette launcher, prepared to fire one of the barrels into the armoured collective.
They rush on past you, only sparing a single glance to drool at Seyra. Relaxing in your suit, your shoulders drop, and your pounding heart slows to a more regular beat. Garllan nervously chuckles over the group channel, “Thought we were going to go loud there.”
Ryn Sol splits off to work on the cameras, leaving you and Garllan to protect Seyra. She leads the two of you down a long corridor lined with countless doors. Arriving before Hamlor’s door, Seyra reaches into her purse and collects an impossibly sharp vibroknife, then shoves her purse into your chest. Stretching as she prepares to kill her first Jedi, giving you quite the sight as the fabric digs into her chest. Seyra may have hated the public exposure, but the rest of the team found it an enjoyable morale booster.
“Do you need any help?” Garllan asks, something you too would have if you didn’t already know her answer.
“No, I don’t need help killing this retard.” Seyra growls protectively over her kill.
With a knock at the door, the pair of you disappear around a nearby corner, listening in but out of sight. As the door opens, you hear the recognisable voice of Hamlor, his excitement clear in his inflection, not that you would blame him. They share a quick word, and then Seyra is led into the room by her ecstatic host. The door slides shut behind the two. You and Garllan go to the door and stand sentry, waiting either for Seyra’s distress call or the Jedi Knight’s return. That is, if he isn’t in the room next door, if that is the case, you don’t think this will end very well with him having the initiative.
