im asking because if we get a synestia like result (both planets vaporizing each other into a nearly cloud like structure) we might get a excellent mining opportunity for some new spacers.
since, it might reveal the sweeet core of the planet(s) full of all the heaviest and rarest resources. this could work even better with the nearby food world.
it even has 4 gas giants, some of the best hydrogen fuel depot's possibly out there.

and possibly good colony worlds. which we can...have forgotten to notice, whenever we swing by.
the reason i say this is because you didn't answer my question about how we get the colonization rights. i asked twice and didn't get a answer. just that it required it.
