>>6323473Crowley leads you to the warp panel, which was nestled within confines of the fortress. Along the way, you see the scattered remains of armor-clad warriors. Illusions that had been conjured up to defend this place. Each of them bore the cut marks of a sword. Evidently Elric had dispatched all of them single-handedly, doing much of the work for you. That was good, at least. It saved you a bit of time.
“Now then…as for our current badges.” Crowley says. “I have one left. You have three.”
>“I could go to Floor 33. I’d pull ahead of the entire pack. Though doing so runs the risk of shooting ahead of Gyles.”“That mute sorcerer? You’re looking for him too?” Crowley asks, astonished. “Just how many grudges do you have?”
>“He’s got a Hero’s Relic I need to take. And the bastard somehow managed to pull ahead to Floor 30.” You had a good idea how he’d done that. You knew the Four Sages were sponsoring their favorites throughout this event. Gyles must have caught the favor of one of them, who gave him some sort of secret he could use to pull ahead. Bastards. They’d get theirs in due time.“Well, how about another suggestion then.” Crowley grins. “Seeing as how you and I make such a wonderful team, what say you part with one of those badges you’re holding? We can climb two floors together. Floor 28 will put us just behind him!”
>Current Badge Count: 3>A): Go to Floor 23 w/ Crowley.>B): Give Crowley a badge and go to Floor 28>C): Use all three badges to go to Floor 33 alone.
