>>5252388You got up from your seat, smirk on your face as always, sauntering over to the back of the room as your eyes locked onto the girl in the back who hadn’t made a sound since she entered the room, others around you noticing and whispering as they did.
Amusingly, you spotted Tsukuya glance at you as you began move out of the corner of your eye, before she rolled her eyes and went back to her business, while the boy from the Rukongai strode out of the room, seemingly eager to escape for the short break between classes. You’d have to speak to him later, it seemed.
“Hey.” You muttered, raising a hand in a lazy wave as you reached the girl, smoothly sitting down beside her and resting your chin on your fist, elbow firmly planted on the desk beside you.
“Hello.” She replied back, her voice quiet but strong. She turned to look at you, tilting her head in curiosity, her expression never changing. Her gaze seemed to almost bore through you with its intensity, yet it didn’t even seem like the girl realised how intimidating her stare was.
“Hokkyokusei Danketsu. It’s a pleasure. What’s your name?” You asked, leaning in ever so slightly, undeterred by her look.
“Harumichi. Kazeko.” She responded simply again, her eyes never breaking contact with your own.
