The first is determining the condition of the compromised unit; the threat level, amount of enemies, and other conditions that might affect their mission. After that you must determine what will be done with the compromised unit, whether flight or fight is necessary. You immediately engage in the comm-phrases with Chorda.

This is not good. The Alpha Legion has never been able to get actionable intel on the powers of the Thousand Sons, only hearsay from their loudest detractors, so you don’t know much about what you’re dealing with. There are of course the abilities of the Librarius as a starting point, psychic attacks against the mind, wielding lightning as a weapon, imbuing themselves with immense strength, and more, but you suspect the Sorcerers of Prospero have more tricks up their sleeve. It might be best to order Gamma to retreat, but at the same time this is an opportunity to gain insight into the strange powers that these sorcerers wield…
