>>6210063“Wasn’t the bubbles a magical past timeline that never happened in ours? How can you two be friends now? Don’t tell me you went back in and took her with you… Grrr… You shouldn’t mess with the space-time continuum!” Amelia knows this isn’t right.
“I remember it all for some reason. I’m special like that... sometimes. Mainly when it’s not useful…” Crossbill recalls the many times her special powers came in handy and isn’t happy with the results. “Also, you got one of them flame buddies? Why on the foot?”
“S-She can see the flames?!” Amelia is in shock! “She’s stealing your niche, Johnny!”
“She steals much more! Between us, Ame, Crossbill is a phenomenal phantom thief.” You whisper and wink.
“Y-You big dummy, I told you not to befriend more criminals! Stop with the criminals! No more criminals!” Amelia doesn’t like this at all.
“You’re a little late with that ‘cause he broke me out of jail.” Crossbill laughs.
“Oh no! Oh nooo!” Amelia doesn’t like this one bit.
“She’s innocent, Ame. It’s fine.” You calm her down. “I think we’re going to work with the police to sort this out.” Judith promised it!
“First time you say that out of any of your criminal friends.” Amelia shakes her head.
“Yeah…” You can’t deny it. Crossbill doesn’t want to bring up that there are more friendly innocent criminals that you helped.
“Uhm, come in, the other sleepy heads should wake up any moment now!” Amelia welcomes you officially.
This place is as pristine as ever, all thanks to Nariko…
