Are we to believe that governments wouldn't look up previous behavior to judge whether Yui should be sent there or not? That accidentally 'killing' a bully was enough to warrant all this?
Are we to believe that we just have that much freedom/ease of walking around in what is, in theory a reformatory? It's easier to go out at night for Yui than for me on a voluntary summer camp...
We know/expect the backgrounds of our friends - both rich - so, it doesn't seem like a body snatching operation, since it's a government organization. Also the wording - "weaponization", doesn't imply selling...

Just who is Yui? And how does they tie to the whole school? Did he accidentally 'just killed', or something else happened to warrant all this? Is Yui even aware of things?
