The pain and aches of your abused body subside, slipping away from you like a discarded garment. Although you feel the Angel’s presence around you as surely as you can feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, there is no blinding light or radiant glow as it was in your last encounters with the Angel of the Almighty.
When they speak, in that perfect tongue of theirs, you cannot help but weep silently in relief and adoration. A thousand choirs in perfect unison could not hope to match the transcendent beauty of that voice.
