A thought:
How much does Sven actually *know* of the history of New Noregr?
Particularly its politics and governance in, say, the past twenty years?
If we're going to commit to that campaign later and not just have that promise be bluster, it might pay to actually have a handle on what specific flavors of exploitation and corruption were going on.
Might be useful in conjunction with the Diplomat path somehow, like with at Black Reef when the Covenant show up.
