Welcome to Tales from the Terminus Systems! This is a Mass Effect story focusing on your character who will primarily traversing the lawless frontier outside of citadel control
known as the Terminus Systems. With the Terminus Systems being a lawless and Independent frontier it rife with pirates, war. dictators, slave traders, and is just a haven for illegal
activity.
You'll start at the bottom of this cesspool work your way up to becoming a figure of prominence in this universe. Whether that is fame or infamy will be left up to you.
To start with, today you will be building your character. Your first choice is going to be selecting from 3 Backgrounds. These 3 backgrounds are going to define your characters roots,
strengths, and flaws as well as your starting place in this story.
>Spacer: You are the child of the CEO of a Planetary colonization corporation. You just reached the age of 18 and are on your very first expedition. Your family has tasked you with going out into the universe and making your mark and furthering the company's renown by researching new planets, alien species, Flora and Fauna. You are currently onboard a small freighter loaned to you by your family's company joined by an expedition team and all the necessary equipment to start your work. Bright Eyed and ready for this new adventure you set out into the Universe with excitement. All of this however crumbles down when you find out that your freighter is being besieged by pirates in your first days of arriving in the Terminus Systems.

> Friends in high places- Your family and friends from before your journey are available contacts, Also special interactions with wealthy characters.
Spacer Flaws
>Rich Kid- You look, act, and are to the BONE a rich kid. Pirates, Gangsters, and other types of criminals are more likely to take advantage of you an or become hostile.
>Taste of the good life- Your taste for the greater things in life have stuck with you. You only interact with the best quality things like food, people, and places. Interacting with things of low quality will give you a debuff and interacting with high quality things will give you a buff.
