To get more people to play your quest, you have to have a great opening. While your premise may or may not be good, that doesn’t matter, as you didn’t tell us anything. You didn’t set the scene at all. After the background information, you should say something like “You sit in your office after thoroughly researching the subject, and decide what to do next,” and then provide us with some options. Your quest is currently very open ended, and it leaves the players with no idea what to do. Some options like:
>Track down someone who knows the subject>Go to Kibblesville>Make contacts in the areaAlso, read the sticky and maybe some of the more popular quests and see what they do. 40k NoName Pirate Quest and Saiyan Conqueror Quest are both very good and you could look at them for an example.
