The current Primarch called Phi Thionson is a mixture with the memories and overall skills of each of the following Primarch:
-Sanguinius (inherited a manageable form of Red Thirst and Precognition)
- Perturabo ( inherited his analytical and engineering skill)
- Vulkan ( Inherited his craftiness, his pyromania and perpetual/toughness skill)
- Alpharius (inherited his infiltration skills and appearance changing abilities)
He is genetically very stable, and his physical flaw are limited. His defective mind has mental Leakage from his composite Primarchs memories and has a data bank memory integrated from the 42K years. Data created in collaboration with 1st foundations Chapters, Grey knight, Adeptus mechanicus and Custodians.
He is not a mary sue from birth but has a lot of potential (obviously Primarch). He is a Psyker but inferior to Magnus.
XXI has landed near the Maelstrom, Segmentum Ultima, on a planet filled with AI, Votann and few Men, called Thion III, on system Thion.
The World is a frozen hellscape. With 2 others inhabitated Planet in the system, one being a human technologically advanced Theocratic named Wittfogel, the others a gigantic Planet filled with AI, Squat, Votann, Chaos, stuck in eternal warfare.
The Primarch has been recovered by an advanced AI called UR-026 that took over the original core of the Squat Complex ruled by a Votann Core some 50 years ago. the Squat did not notice overall. UR-026 is raising the Primarch, somehow with trust issue on both sides. The complex is called Karak Ankor Zul. The Realm of Iron.
One of his mentor Thadic the old shield, an old Ill tempered 1000 years old Dwarf/Squat/Kin (different name, same specie), the bold and a stubborn warfare leader, bent more devising tactic and insult more than anything else. Thaldic Dislike that all the spirit of his ancestor loaded in the Votann Core are no longer, taken over by UR-026, still he cannot say it openly fearing what would happen if the Core was damage.
Currently the Primarch has developped his alpha Legion spy-netwok skill, and barely dabbed with the Warp, he started to recover some technologies from his memory and learn a bit of Votann tech.
The Primarch is currently 2.
