Charlie zone has the Vannai comm buoy that needs to be recovered. Dr. Nguyen confirmed the signal was alien but not from the TA or Vannai. They will need the rest of the AFB to be cleared before repairs can be made and recovering the research. AC and AGIC have no more reinforcements to call in. The artifact is still in one of the buildings where the signal is strongest in the North East.
