Recap for Those who don’t want to read the 1st part of the Quest:
The current Primarch called Phi Thionson is a mixture with the memories and overall skills of each of the following Primarch:
-Sanguinius (inherited a manageable form of Red Thirst and Precognition)
- Perturabo ( inherited his analytical and engineering skill)
- Vulkan ( Inherited his craftiness, his pyromania and perpetual/toughness skill)
- Alpharius (inherited his infiltration expertise, skills and appearance changing abilities)
He is genetically very stable, and his physical flaw are limited. His defective mind has mental Leakage from his composite Primarchs memories and has a data bank memory integrated from the 42K years. Data created in collaboration with 1st foundations Chapters, Grey knight, Adeptus mechanicus and Custodians. Not a Marie sue (because he will actually oppose bug E somewhat)
XXI has Landed near the Maelstrom on the eastern side of the Galactic Core, Segmentum Ultima, on a planet filled with AI, Votann and few Men, called Thion III, on system Thion. The world is a frozen hellscape.
The Primarch has been recovered by an advanced Votann like AI called UR-026, and raise by the locals. We are currently in 801 M30 during the last great war of Thion Unification. He is head of the small Legion (1000 Marines and 4 000 scouts) called the XXI Crystal Dragons.
