After going to Terra in a set of ceremonies, and activities that have caused the lads back home to give ya a bit of guff to include Jerah jokingly calling ya "Rerehua" instead of "Ruarua" (Which is admittedly a bit funny)
Even meeting and befriending (extremely quickly too, ya journal is right, Horus and ya hit it right off) ya older brother who admitted to envying ya a little, the trip was complicated. Though him being there for ya ceremony with Meerah was a nice touch.
The trip was long, though the actual captains and fleet (apparently the imperial navy is different from the legionarres astartes, which is ya first can of worms) was excited to meet a privateer such as you, and was a bit shocked that ya were a capable captain, but could navigate. They weren't happy about Martin and You being the owners of, Martins ship. Which has a <span class="mu-s"> REALLY </span> long name, but they were happy that the ship was staying with the legions fleet group. Half of them probably wanted it for themselves. The other Half wanted The Something Fierce.
The trial- was something you had to watch. You, Frank (whomst is being courted by both ya legion for being a marine and some lucyfor blacks or some nonsense and some other harder to pronounce group) had to stand for it. Ya part was easier than his though. Frank had it rough. Worse than when she spoke. The Emperor of Mankind- ya creator- himself had to use psykana (fancy word for psy-tech <span class="mu-s">another new can of worms</span>) in order to shield everyone from her powers. You were immune, before ya was empowered, but things seen, the emperor said ya had to be the witness. A man killed himself for her, even with the psykana. Freakin horror show. Her death made ya feel better, and that is a horrible thing to say but it was true.
