"Savin' this city? You for real?" Ramirez snorts, putting down the new grenade launcher he was disassembling. "Listen, Angela. I've spent all my life fighting for someone else's goals. Ramirez stands, practically looming. "Now the wolves're at the gates. I'm building a place for us to go, to survive, and you want to risk all that to keep going? You and Claire think I'm going to throw everything away just because you asked?"
